Your information is securely stored. We keep all client personal information (such as names, addresses, contact numbers) for 6 years in accordance with our indemnity and public liability insurance policy - for this is the limitation of our liability with projects we have worked on. We will then dispose of your information by erasing this from our digital systems. Please note, that images and videos will remain, without reference to your specific personal information.
All design documentation produced by us, remains our intellectual property and therefore is not erased after this time period. Every effort is made to separate the specific personal data from such work, unless for the purpose of providing official documentation related to the project for which we are contractually working under.
