Our Terms of Engagement, together with a Letter of Proposal, comprise the terms that it is agreed will apply to a contract when a Client engages our Services.  If you require a PDF copy by email or a hard copy of our Terms of Engagement, please contact us. 

If any of the terms set out in the Letter of Proposal differ from those set out in our Terms of Engagement, then the terms set out in the Proposal will prevail.
