Portsmouth, Retreat Garden

This concept has been influenced by the story of ‘the well of Jacob’. The simple use of water, olive trees and communal seating aims to inspire a meeting with God at the well of living water. Many significant meetings in the Bible happened at wells.

This concept draws upon the idea that water is often an object of reflection, new life and renewal.
